For all product purchased from Canvas Made Easy, the following refund policy applies: any product which fails to meet the standards as presented, either due to manufacturing defect, graphical error, or poor print quality is eligible for a refund, provided that a solution for replacement or repair cannot be agreed upon between Canvas Made Easy and the customer. A refund will automatically be issued in cases where the cost of replacement exceeds the initial purchase price. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Canvas Made Easy.
If a product is purchased through a 'deal' site, such as WagJag, Groupon, Dealfind, Teambuy, Kijiji, etc., the refund policy of the deal site will supercede that of www.canvasmadeeasy.com. All refund requests must be presented to the issuing deal site, and all decisions regarding refunds will strictly be administered by said deal site. Canvas Made Easy makes no guarantees, implications, assertions, or warranties of any kind regarding the refund services or policies of the issuing deal sites.
In cases where non-individualized product is purchased ("stock" designs / paintings), a customer may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value, in person, within 30 days of the initial purchase. Product must be in sellable condition. In cases where the exchanged product is a lower amount than the original product, a store credit will be issued to reflect the difference in value. No cash will be issued.
